Hoe je meer in balans komt met de seizoenen leer je in deze workshop met het Pita thema, dat samenhangt met de zomer.
Deze workshop is in het Engels, Gowri spreekt ook Nederlands.
In this workshop, you will find out what ‘Pitta dosha’ (quality) is, the physical and mental characteristics of a person with Pitta dosha and how yoga and pranayama (breathing techniques) can help to manage imbalance in Pitta. After the theory, there will also be a yoga and pranayama practice to balance Pitta.
This is a seasonal balance workshop and is therefore suitable for everyone. You do not need any prior knowledge of Ayurveda.
