In this workshop, you will find out what ‘Pitta dosha’ (quality) is, the physical and mental characteristics of a person with Pitta dosha and how yoga and pranayama (breathing techniques) can help to manage imbalance in Pitta . After the theory, there will also be a yoga and pranayama practice to balance Pitta.
This is a seasonal balance workshop and is therefore suitable for everyone. You do not need any prior knowledge of Ayurveda.
